Guiding Girls and Young Women to Grow, Shine, and Thrive

The Girls to Pearls Ministry is designed to help every girl and woman discover her God-given
identity, embrace her worth, and grow spiritually through intentional, faith-based
relationships. Mentors walk alongside participants, o􀆯ering encouragement, wisdom, and
support as they navigate life’s challenges and victories.

Just as pearls are formed through time and refinement, mentorship provides the nurturing
environment for each woman to develop, mature, and shine brightly.

Mission

To cultivate Christ-centered relationships that equip girls and young women to:

 Grow in their faith

 Build confidence and emotional resilience
 Develop Godly character and leadership

How the Program Works

1. Mentor–Mentee Pairing

Participants are thoughtfully paired with spiritually mature women who are committed to guiding them with love, wisdom, and biblical truth.

2. Monthly Connection Meetings
Mentors and mentees meet regularly for conversation, prayer, Bible discussion, and
personal development. Meetings can be in person or virtual.

3. Spiritual Growth Pathways

Each mentorship journey includes:
 Scripture studies
 Goal setting
 Life-skill development
 Guided reflections
 Encouragement for emotional and spiritual healing

4. Community Workshops
Group sessions bring all participants together for teaching, bonding, and growth. Topics
include identity in Christ, confidence, relationships, purpose, and perseverance.

5. Accountability & Prayer Support
Mentors provide ongoing encouragement, prayer covering, and accountability—helping
mentees stay rooted in God’s Word and confident in their spiritual walk.
